Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
If you found that you have received the wrong item，please DO NOT unsealed the wrong item and do contact us asap
The outer case is just for protecting goods. (scratches and discoloration on the case can not be the reason for exchanging or returning
Please prepare in advance a full unboxing video as proof if your orders are demage or missing.We will NOT proceed any return//replace//refund if no unboxing video provided.

The amount of the refund will be based on the damage to the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
